Information on the Packaging Ordinance

According to Section 6 Paragraph 1 of the Packaging Ordinance, manufacturers and distributors who place sales packaging filled with goods, which typically accumulates with private end consumers, on the market for the first time, must participate in one or more systems according to Section 6 Paragraph 3 of the Packaging Ordinance to ensure the nationwide take-back of this sales packaging.

DHA GmbH, Hövelstrasse 267-269, 45356 Essen, Germany, has joined the nationwide take-back system of Zentek GmbH & Co. KG (Cologne District Court, HRA 13559), represented by Zentek Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (Cologne District Court, RB 26553), as a personal agent to ensure compliance with its legal obligations.
The general partner, which in turn is represented by the managing directors, Klaus Kussel and Christoph Ley, Ettore-Bugatti-Straße 6 - 14, 51149 Cologne, VAT ID No.: DE 173 788 828 - hereinafter referred to as "ZENTEK" - is registered and contractually bound with JD GmbH, Lysegang 7-9, 45139 Essen, under contract number: DSZ2.0-0002874.

The take-back system of Zentek GmbH & Co. KG is a nationwide take-back system within the meaning of Section 6 Paragraph 3 of the Packaging Ordinance.
Zentek GmbH & Co. KG ensures that the packaging used by DHA GmbH is recycled and reused in accordance with legal regulations after use.

Zentek GmbH & Co. KG provides end consumers with information on a nearby collection point for used packaging or arranges for its collection. Private consumers also have the option of disposing of paper and cardboard packaging in their waste paper collection.
Minor foreign matter adhering to the material (adhesive tapes, labels or a small amount of film) has no negative impact on the recycling process.
